Washington State Health Insurance
While Choices, LLC offers non-insurance

dental discounts,
mail order prescription drugs
and other discount programs, we do make available health
insurance for individuals and families through our partner
affiliation with Health Benefits Northwest.
Individual Medical Insurance is health insurance you buy
directly from an insurance company for yourself or for family
members.
Application requirements
Most people buying individual health insurance in Washington
state will need to pass a Standard Health Questionnaire. This
questionnaire identifies your eligibility through the
Washington
State Health Insurance Pool (WSHIP). WSHIP provides health
insurance for people who are unable to obtain individual
coverage in the private marketplace. If you fail the
questionnaire, you automatically qualify for WSHIP.
Premiums for WSHIP coverage are higher than commercial health
plans.If you are certain you have no health issues, you may
